Bug Fix
- fixed an issue
that caused an incorrect message to display during the registration
process in some configurations. Although the message displays the
registration process completes successfully.
If the trial license
had expired, it will be necessary to restart Outlook once a license
code has been registered.

- corrected the way that Message Pad manages the subject field -
once again matches the instructions documented in the FAQ section.

Updated Feature - option to attach a file to the Message Pad
message - feature requested by clients.

Updated Feature - option to create personal messages without
having to send - feature requested by clients wishing to create
records of their own voicemails.
Updated Feature - updated Options dialogue window displayed
when selected from Message Pad tab. New layout allows for
configuration of telephony and SMS services - UK only.

Bug Fix
- when changing the configuration for a workgroup shared folder, on
some installations the setting reverted to private folder in the Message Pad Options
screen although the Message Pad Posts were still saved to the
configured shared folder.

Bug Fix -
some installations were displaying a mix of fonts on the recorded
messages when HTML was used. This has been corrected so that all
displays are now Tahoma.
Bug Fix - corrected the Add Note tab display on posted
Messages in Outlook 2007. These now appear in a Message Pad tab and
not the Addins tab.
October 2008 - 1.02.12
Updated Feature - option to set message date/time stamp to 12
or 24 hour time notation.
Updated Feature - option to export Message Pad summary
reports to a comma separated volume as well in addition to the
option of creating an email report for distribution. This allows the
use of Excel or other reporting tools to display the Summary Report.
Updated Feature - option to add notes to an existing message
post. Open an existing post in the private or workgroup Message Pad
folders and select the Add Note option to annotate the Telephone
Message.
Bug Fix - when cancel button pressed on spell check dialogue,
message still posted. User now returned to Message Pad dialogue.
October 2008 - 1.02.006
Updated Feature - option to send a Read Receipt request on Message Pad
Email messages. This as with all
other configuration settings may be restricted by administrators as
necessary.

Updated Feature - the Message Pad user can now select to
enter the date/time that the message was taken.

Updated Feature - when the user addresses themselves, a
message is now displayed explaining that they can not self address
an email or task item. The option to remove themselves from
distribution and use the Message Pad posting for reference is
provided.
October 2008 - 1.02.002
Bug Fix - when an invalid email address is entered a critical
error was erroneously displayed in addition to the warning message.
This has now been resolved.
Updated Feature - Additional administrator control has been
implemented to allow administrators to control customisation
centrally.

Updated Feature - Introduction of Task Item messages. When a
user send a Message Pad message, it is now possible to send the
message as an email, SMS and now a Task Item to be placed in the
recipients To Do List.
Updated Feature - Introduction of a reporting engine that
allows users to print a report summary of messages taken for
selected recipients and user defined period.
September 2008 -

Bug Fix - License Manager. Fixed problem associated with
entering of some license codes in the License Manager.
Bug Fix - Closing Outlook. Fixed problem when opening
Outlook and then immediately closing before Message Pad had fully
registered to Outlook.
Bug Fix - Correcting an issue in not being able to correctly
set email priority on some configurations
Updated Feature - Message customisation. The subject field of
new Message Pad emails can now be fully customised and include
caller, company, subject and phone details. See
